Investment

Sure, therapy is an investment. So is staying stuck.

Sure, you could white-knuckle it through another year.

Ignore the anxiety. Push down the trauma. Keep showing up with a fake smile while screaming inside.

But how’s that been working out so far?

Avoiding the work costs you time, peace, connection, and joy.

This is time (and money) well spent.

Therapy isn’t just about venting once a week.

It’s about healing at the root so you don’t have to keep repeating the same painful cycles.

It’s having tools that actually help when sh*t hits the fan.

You’re investing in clarity, emotional freedom, and a version of yourself that isn’t constantly in survival mode.

Why work with me?

Because I bring the real talk and the real tools.

I’m not here to watch you suffer—I’m here to help you shift it.

We’ll laugh, we’ll cry (maybe), we’ll cuss (probably), and we’ll actually move the needle.

I’m not a nod-and-smile therapist—I’m in it with you.

I’m an out-of-network provider and can offer a superbill for you to submit to your insurance. Many clients receive partial reimbursement—check with your plan to see what’s possible. That said, therapy is most effective when you drive the process—not your insurance company.
